Quality is integrated into our management approach, is central to our business philosophy, and includes measuring our cooperation and responsiveness to our clients. We include all stakeholders: customers, the project team, program management, and corporate entities. Quality is a key element in our strategic planning, as well as our internal continuous process improvement efforts and cost reduction schemes. Quality is achieved through direct participation of stakeholders in the review and oversight of the technical and contract processes needed to exceed all task order requirements, including regularly scheduled oversight reviews to examine technical, cost, and schedule performance. Through reviews and stakeholder interactions, the Team identifies deviations to scheduled plans or quality of work early and develops, implements, and tracks mitigation plans until the issues are resolved.
