James M. Kelly is a Founder and Managing Partner of CenTauri. He previously founded HawkEye Systems, and also served as Chief Operating Officer of Gray Hawk Systems, Inc., HawkEye's parent company and its successor ManTech - Gray Hawk. Prior to HawkEye, Mr. Kelly worked at Syntek Technologies as one of the two Systems Engineering and Technical (SETA) leads on the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's (DARPA) Project GENOA.
Mr. Kelly served for twenty years in the U.S Navy as both a Surface Warfare Officer and Intelligence Officer. Key assignments included Liaison Officer at Canadian National Defense HQ Ottawa, Special Projects Branch Chief for the Director Defense Intelligence Agency, Chief of the Global Command and Control Systems (GCCS) Branch for the Joint Chiefs of Staff -J2, Director of the Information and Research Division of the United Nations Situation Centre and Chief of Staff for the Joint Deployable Intelligence Systems (JDISS) Program Office.
